Guidelines for monitoring and
evaluation
This
monitoring and evaluation of the partnership activities, were carried out using
guidelines that were specifically designed for the Grudtvig ACTS project,
approved in summer 2011.
The overall
aim of the Grudtvig project is to encourage European cooperation amongst
partner organisations for improving their capacity to work with innovative
practices in adult education; to enlarge the stakeholder approach and to
develop a specific curriculum for adult educators on citizenship issues.
Focal points for monitoring included
included:
- the constant checking of actions and of their effects
- progress reports, questionnaires, the use of indicators, and reporting to the steering committee
Focal points for evaluation included:
- Communication (internal and external)
- Organization - Efficiency
- Documentation
Content aspects
